Marie Services LLC is actively recruiting Independent Contractors to serve as Remote Customer Service Advocates for various client programs this winter.

This is a 1099 opportunity defined by autonomy and flexibility. Advocates operate as business partners, responsible for selecting their client and establishing their own service schedules.

• Dedicated Workspace: A secure, quiet, and professional environment suitable for customer interactions.
• Technology (Contractor-Supplied):
  
  • Computer running Windows 11 or higher.
  • Mandatory Dual Monitor Setup.
• Skill Set: Proven ability to handle complex client training, navigate multiple applications simultaneously, and demonstrate high levels of empathy in customer resolution.
• Time Commitment: Availability to successfully complete mandatory client training.
•  You Must  be available at least 25 Hrs. Per Week to service.
